Account deletion

Request deletion in Catnap

Open Settings → Account & privacy → Delete my account. Follow the sign-in and confirmation steps, then type DELETE when asked. This permanently removes the account's online profile, cloud save, tournament records, and rewards. The device save is removed after the server confirms deletion.

Request help by email

Email cubinook@gmail.com with the subject “Catnap account deletion.” Send from the Google email linked to your Catnap account if possible. Ownership must be verified before deletion. For a guest account, ask for help identifying your account. Never send passwords, verification codes, or purchase tokens.

What deletion means

Deletion removes associated online game data and purchase entitlement records. It does not delete your Google account, erase Google Play's transaction records, or automatically refund purchases. An email request cannot erase local files on your phone; clear app data separately.
